Notice is hereby given that the Amended Budgets for the Office of the Assessor, Beauregard Parish, Louisiana for the calendar year 2023 and the Proposed Budget of the Office of the Assessor, Beauregard Parish, Louisiana for the calendar year 2024 were adopted on December 14, 2023 in accordance with the Louisiana Local Government Budget Act.
The Assessor of Beauregard Parish will hold a public hearing at 8:30 a.m. on December 14, 2023
in the office of the Assessor, DeRidder, Louisiana for the purpose of inspection and adoption of
the Amended Budget for 2023 annual budget; and for the purpose of inspection and adoption of
the proposed 2024 annual budget of revenues and expenditures.
A copy of the proposed document is available for public inspection beginning December 12,
2023 and ending December 14, 2023 during normal working hours at the Office of the Assessor.
Notice is hereby given that I have completed the listing of all property in the
Parish of Beauregard and have estimated the value for assessment purposes
thereon, and that said listings will be exposed in my office, for public
inspection, for a period of 15 days beginning August 15, 2023 and ending
August 29, 2023. Any taxpayer desiring to examine his assessment is required to call my office during said 15-day period.

before the deadline for filing an appeal with the Board of Review. The failure to submit such
information may prevent you from relying on that information should you protest your value.

Notice is hereby given that the Beauregard Parish Police Jury will meet as a Board of Review to hear protests filed timely from property owners on their 2023 Property Tax Assessments on Tuesday,
September 12, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., at the Beauregard Parish Police Jury’s office, located at 201 W. 2nd St., DeRidder, Louisiana.
The Board of Review shall consider written or oral protests of any property owner desiring to be heard who has filed by the deadline of Friday, September 1, 2023, at 4:00 p.m.
The written appeal request shall be filed by certified mail or hand-delivered to the Beauregard Parish Police Jury located at 201 W. 2nd St., DeRidder, Louisiana 70634.
Failure to submit completed request forms directly to the Police Jury by the deadline may affect your ability to appear before the Board of Review.
